Annabel Scholey (2005) will appear at the Royal Court Theatre in September 2010 as part of the celebration of Caryl Churchill's 70th birthday. Alongside Jodie Whittaker, Michelle Terry, Anna Maxwell Martin, Anna Calder-Marshall, Lesley Sharp, Miranda Richardson, Andrea Riseborough and Ben Whishaw, Annabel will take part in a series of one-off readings of Churchill's plays directed by leading playwrights. Annabel recently played Hermia in Sir Peter Hall's acclaimed production of A Midsummer Night's Dream alongside Judi Dench. She also played Olga in The House of Special Purpose directed by Howard Davies and Princess Thekla in Wallenstein alongside Iain Glen both at The Chichester Festival Theatre last summer. She was in the BBC Three comedy drama series about four young personal assistants and their city lifestyle, Personal Affairs and played Lauren, the female vampire, in Being Human also for BBC Three in Spring 2009. On stage, she appeared as Ophelia in Jonathan Miller's acclaimed production of Hamlet at the Tobacco Factory.
